Operations Audit, which is a detailed, systematic, comprehensive 360º planning tool for agents and brokers that facilitates the identification and recommendation for annual action plans that need to be implemented, not unlike other standardized management systems (e.g. ISO). The audit examines and assesses each of the operational components of an agent/brokerage as well as Producer/CSR activity. Brokerages achieving an overall score of 90% or better will receive Gold Standard Broker certification.
